The BSP pulverizer machine for herbs is composed of a crusher, a cyclone separator, a dust collector, a blower, an electric control box, etc. It has the functions of dust selection, no sieve, no net, uniform particle size, and continuous processing. In line with the international advanced level, it is suitable for material grinding in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.
Working Method:
The raw materials are transported by the screw feeder to the crushing chamber through the hopper, and after being cut and sheared by the high-speed cutting machine, the raw materials are sent to the cyclone separator and the bag filter by the negative pressure suction method, and the discharge meets the product requirements. This is why the BSP superfine herb powder grinder can produce ultra-fine powder and can be used as a fine powder grinder.
Main Components:
1. Pulse dust collector: Collect the dust in the dust collector. There are multiple dust bags in the box, and the dust bag holder is also made of stainless steel, which is easy to disassemble. Pulse spray cleaning is very convenient for dust removal.
2. Crusher part: The left motor is the crushing motor, and the right motor is the electromechanical. A small screw feeder is used to ensure uniform and controlled feed speed.
3. The material enters the grinding chamber through the screw conveyor, and is cut and ground in the grinding chamber through the rapidly rotating blade. The powder enters the classification chamber through the guide ring.
4. Cyclone separator: The cyclone separator can separate dust and powder (particles). The rotary valve is made of stainless steel with uniform powder speed. Easy to clean and disassemble.
