Good Quality Tobacco Grinders Weed Herb With Long Service Life
BSP decorative herb grinders is composed of crusher, cyclone separator, dust collector, fan, electrical control box, etc. It has the functions of winnowing, no clean, uniform particle size and continuous processing. In line with the international advanced level, it is suitable for grinding materials in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
Working Method:
The raw materials are transported to the crushing chamber through the hopper, the screw feeder to cut and reduce the high-speed cutting machine, and then the raw materials are sent to the cyclone separator and the bag filter to discharge the materials by the negative pressure suction method to meet the product demand. This is why the BSP grinder weed herb can make ultra-fine powder and be used as a fine powder grinder.
Main Components:
1. Pulse dust collector: the dust in the dust collector. A plurality of dust bags are arranged on the box body, and the dust bag bracket is also made of stainless steel, which is easy to disassemble. Pulse spray cleaning, dust removal is very convenient.
2. Crusher part: the left motor is the crusher motor, and the right motor is the electromechanical equipment. Small screw feeder is adopted to ensure the uniform and controllable feeding speed.
3. The material enters the grinding cavity through the screw conveyor, and is cut and grinded by the fast rotating blade in the grinding cavity. The powder enters the grading chamber through the guide ring.
4. Cyclone separator: cyclone separator can separate dust and powder (particles). The rotary valve is made of stainless steel with uniform powder speed. Easy to clean and disassemble.

(2) there is a water-cooled sleeve around the grinding room and the bearings are used to cool the machine. Motors, electrical appliances, bearings and operating parts are world-class brands.
