20 kg/h lab use knife type dry herb crusher leaf flakes making crushing machine
Our BS high speed hammer mill can grind grains, herbs, spices, and other food or chemical products. High speed means the rotor speed is higher than other traditional hammer mills. Its rotor speed is about 8000 rpm, which can make finer powder than common hammer grinders. It is designed according to GMP standard, and the material of machine is stainless steel 304.
Grinding part:
There are 2 types knife for your choices. One is hammer beater type, it is used to make powder. The other is knife type, it can be used to make granules, flakes or pieces.
Working method:
The material will be fed into the crushing chamber through the feed hopper, and crushed by the knives inside. Then you will get the powder from the cloth bag. If you want to make other size powder, you just change the screen into other size.
Main features:
1. The machine size is small, no needs big space.
2. It is very easy to operate and clean.
3. Higher speed than other traditional hammer grinders.
