BSDF advanced hammer mill is the newest product of our company,it is especially made for grinding spice.It has three milling areas:coarse milling area,middle milling area and fine milling area,it means that material will be ground three times at the same time.
BSDF advanced hammer mill is suitable for grinding many kinds of materials,such as different kinds of spices, leaves, chickpea, arabic gum,grain,animal feed...etc.And we have sold this kind of machine to many countries,for example Americ,Indonesia,New Zealand,Ukraine...etc.
Working method:
Material is fed into the mill chamber,pass through the high speed rotation caused by the three groups of knives one by one.Material is crushed three times in one mill chamber, then become fine powder.Between middle fine crush knife group and fine mill knife group, there is a device designed for preventing coarse granule go to fine milling area,so powder fineness is assured.The rotor speed is controlled by inverter, different particle size is achieved by adjusting rotation speed.There is no screen mesh in mill chamber,so only very little heat rises in mill chamber.
Main features:
1) This machine doesn't need a screen/sieve,just change the speed by inverter to change the powder particle size.
2) There is no heat rising in mill chamber when grinding beacuse it doesn't have a screen.You don't need to worry that the powder get stuck in the screens or the product quality get affected by the heat. So it is very suitable for grinding heat-sensitive material or material contains fiber or oil.
3) Since the mill chamber of this machine is very big,you don't need a grind big material into small granules first.It can save more time for making powder.
4) It can save more power, its capacity is much bigger than other same motor type traditional hammer mill.
