BSC coarse crusher is mainly used in Chinese herbal medicine, food, agricultural products, chemical industry and other industries. It processes hard-to-break materials, including broken plastic and rubber, and can also be used as a pre-grinding process. Auxiliary equipment, not limited by material viscosity, hardness, softness and fiber, has good crushing effect on any material.
Working method:
When the crusher works, the motor rotates, the eccentric shaft is driven by V-belt and pulley, and the cymbals move according to the adjusted track. When the raft approaches, the movable raft also periodically swings back and forth to the fixed raft. The material is squeezed, split and bent between the two plates. When the slab is separated, the lower part of the crushing chamber has been broken into materials smaller than the discharge opening, and dropped automatically by the self weight. The materials located at the upper part of the crushing chamber have not been broken into materials smaller than the size of the discharge opening, but only a certain distance from the discharge opening, until the moving jaw firmly fixes the raft again, and the materials falling in the crushing chamber are crushed again; until all the materials in the crushing chamber are discharged from the discharge port.
