Our BSR ribbon mixer is widely used in chemical, pharmaceuticals, food, and construction line. It can be used to mix powder with powder, powder with liquid, and powder with granule. especially for the powder and granular which with stick or cohesion character, or add a little liquid and paste material into powder and granular material.
Working method:
Driven by a direct reducer, the rotor of the mixer rotates in orientation. In the process of rotation, the screw belt pushes the material along the axis on the one hand and throws the material over the front of the belt on the other. The outer spiral belt makes the material always move to the middle of the cylinder, and the inner spiral belt makes the material move from the middle to the two ends, so the material forms two circulation logistics in the movement, and in the process of repeated circulation flow.
1) Strong and fast mixing: Strong and fast mixing can be achieved due to effective drive design and variable speed blending.
2) High-degree of homogeneity: When material is added at the rate of 0.1%, the homogeneity can reach 98% in short time.
3) Heating jacket: A heating jacket can be equipped as an option in the mixing tank shell for heating or drying process.
4) Liquid spray nozzle: Spray nozzle can be equipped as an option to add liquid additives which can be evenly sprayed onto the mixture.
5) Well bearing sealing: Shaft sealing is the combination of Teflon packing sealing and air-tight sealing to make sure long life-span.
6) Automatic discharging valve: The combined discharge valve is pneumatic planer flap valve. The flap plate can perfectly match the mixing tank inner wall to make sure no dead corner.
