High speed herbal powder grinder machine medicine root pulverizer with CE
BS pulverizer machine is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. It is composed of crusher, cyclone separator, pulse dust box, blower, etc. It can crush spices and oils with oil content less than 20%. It is also suitable for Chinese herbal medicine with high fiber content. Screen control, continuous production at normal temperature, no coarse crushing, direct feeding, large capacity, no color change, and maintain the physical and chemical characteristics of the material.
Working method:
The raw material enters into the grinding chamber through the feed hopper. The material, impacted by the high-speed rotary cutters, is thrown to the fixed liners, then is bounced and sheared. Meanwhile, under the impact, cut, rubbing force by turns, the material is micronized well. Under the pull force, the finished product is absorbed into the cyclone through the sieve and discharged from the rotary valve. A little of superfine powder is collected by the filter pockets.It is designed according to GMP standard and made of stainless steel. With the features of simple structure, easy cleaning, low noise, etc.
