BS pulverizer machine is applied in sush trades as pharmaceutical,chemical,foodstuff,etc. It is made up of crusher part,cyclone separator,pulse dust-collector box,blower and electrical control box.It can crush spice and oily material,whose oil content is less than 20%,and it is also suitable for chinese herb with high fiber content.The crushing size is controlled by screen,and continuous production can be achieved under normal temperature.
Main components:
1) Crusher part: It uses fixed plate and relative motion between the hammer knife, material in the chamber is crushed,shredded under effect of centrifugal force.If you want to change the powder particle size,just change the screen.
2) Cyclone part: It can seperate the dust from powder(granules).
3) Pulse Dust Collecting box: It can collect the dust,and blow away the dust from the bag to make the dust out of the butterfly valve to facilitate the collection of dust.

1) The structure of this machine is very simple,and it is easy to install and maintain.
2) The production process is dust-free and continuous.
3) During production,temperature remains normal, will not get hot. So material's color and nature won't change.
4) If the oil content of your raw material is 10%~20%,this machine can grind.
