This machine is our smallest grinder in our company,it is widely used in medical, chemical, food, pesticide and other industries for crushing dry brittle materials.Such as spices,tea leaves,dry mushroom,date seeds,besan...etc.
There is a screen in the mill chamber,this machine can make dry materials into 10-120 mesh,if you want to change the powder particle size,just change the screen.
Working method:
This machine consists of a frame, a mill chamber and a feeding part. There is a movable cutter head on the main shaft, a fixed ring gear in the machine cavity, and a filter under the ring gear. When the spindle is working at high speed, the movable cutter head runs along with it, and the materials are impacted, rubbed, and cut by the fixed ring gear and movable hammer, and the materials will also collide with each other. Under the combined effect, they are crushed into powder. If the particles are smaller than the size of the sieve, they will pass through the sieve and exit the crushing cavity. Otherwise, the particles will continue to be crushed in the grinding chamber.
