Our BSZ pin mill machine meets the food hygiene standard, simple operation, low noise. It's suitable for all kinds of food, chemical production and processing enterprises.It has two-way wheel grinding and one-way wheel grinding,model size is 350/450/550/630.
Working method:
By means of relative motion between flexible and fixed fluted discs, material is crushed through impact and friction of the teeth and impact among the material. The crushed material flows into the cyclone separator by the gravitation of blower and rotating centrifugal force, then discharges through gate blower. Dust comes into the pulse dust evacuator box, filtered and recycled by the filter cylinder. Bidirectional pair wheels adopt the way of reverse rotation of front and back grinding wheels, thus this way improves the crushing effect. Double discs install the needle cylinders whose diameters are different, every part arrays needles and bars through the technology of three dimensional simulation, designing the layout rationally and thus it can control the materials to achieve the effective split effect in the gap of needle bar efficaciously. Needles and bars can adopt the shape of hexagonal,square,wolf teeth and so on according to crushing materials.
