Our BS high speed hammer mill is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries, the use is very extensive. The machine uses the movable teeth plate and the fixed tooth to cross examine the high speed relative motion, which causes the crushed material to be crushed by the impact of the tooth, the friction and the other the impact of each other. The machine has simple structure, solid, stable operation, good crushing effect, Crushed material can directly by the host grinding chamber, the different pellets size can be obtained by changing different aperture of mesh.
Working method:
It consists of three parts: frame, crushing chamber and feeding part. There is a movable cutter head on the main shaft, and a fixed ring gear is installed in the grinding chamber. Under the ring gear, there is a filter screen. When the spindle is working at high speed, the movable cutter head runs together. Materials are impacted, rubbed and cut by fixed gear ring and moving hammer, and they also collide with each other. Under the comprehensive effect, they are crushed into powder. If the particle size is smaller than the mesh size, it will be thrown out of the mesh and then discharged into the chamber of the crusher, and the large particles will continue to be crushed.

2.The crushed material can be discharged through the grinding chamber. Moreover, different size of granule or powder can be got through exchanging screen with different mesh.
3.lts inner wall is processed finely, so it is smooth and level, which overcomes the shortcomings existed in the old model such as roughness,accumulated powder.
4.It makes the production of medicines, foodstuff and chemicals and so on in conformity with the requirements of state standard and GMP.
5.Water cooling device can be equipped according to customers needs.
