Large capacity spice powder pulverizer machine cinnamon cumin grinding machine
BS pulverizer machine is widely used in chemistry, dyestuff, dope, pharmaceutical, foodstuff industries with the features of general function, tight structure, stability, low power consumption, universal use, no over-grinding, adjustable fineness of powder, easy maintenance, no pollution after dedust, etc. It is the ideal complete set for sanitation and safety, especially for heat sensitive and sticky material.
Working method:
The raw materials enter the grinding chamber through the feed hopper. The material is impacted by a high-speed rotating tool, thrown on a fixed bushing, and then bounced and sheared. At the same time, under the alternating effects of impact, cutting, and grinding forces, the material is finely refined. Under the action of pulling force, the finished product is absorbed by the cyclone through the screen and discharged from the rotary valve. Some ultra-fine powder was collected in a filter bag.

1) Simple structure, easy in installation and maintenance.
2) Adopting advanced world famous brand motor ,electric parts,bearing and operation parts.
3) No dust during production, and dust can be collected in dust collecting box.
4) No need screen, particle size can be changed by change speed; particle size varies from 10 to 120 mesh.
5) Around mill chamber and bearing, there is water-cooling jacket to cool the machine.
