Our BS high speed hammer mill is the smallest grinder machine of our company,it is widely applied in food,chemical,pharmaceutical and other industries.Such as chili,turmeric,moringa leaf,dry mushroon,dry flowers,tea leaves...etc.

Working method:
This machine consists of three parts: the frame, the mill and the feeding section. There is a movable cutter head on the spindle. A fixed ring gear is installed in the mill. There is a screen under the ring gear. When the spindle works at high speed, the movable cutter head runs together. The material is impacted, rubbed, and cut by the retaining ring and movable hammer. Matters also collide with each other. Under the combined effect, they are crushed into powder.The crushed material can be discharged directly from the mill room. The fineness can be adjusted by changing the screen of different meshes.

1. Material,usually material use stainless steel 304,if you want stainless steel 316,we can make for you.
2. Automatic operating :just press button;Easy to clean,usually use water cooling and air compressor is ok .
3. Final powder size range from 10mesh -120 mesh, we have manu different kinds of screenes like 10mesh, 20mesh, 30mesh, 40mesh, 60mesh, 80mesh, 100mesh, 120 mesh for you to choose.
Packing and shipping:
1) Normal package is wooden box(Size: Depends).
2) Fumigated wooden box if requested.
3) Big size machine packed by frame and fixed by steel wire with container
4) If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
