Small dried mushroom herbal powder machine ginseng grinder mill pulverizer
Our BS high speed hammer mill is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, medical material and other powder industries. It’s suitable for small batch production or laboratory sample test. The whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel 304, and it can get different grinding fineness by replacing the stainless steel sieves inside the mill chamber.
Working method:
The machine is composed of three parts: frame, mill chamber and feeding part. There is a movable cutter head on the spindle. A fixed ring gear is installed in the grinding chamber. Under the ring gear, there is a strainer. When the spindle works at high speed, the movable cutter head runs together. The material is impacted, rubbed, and cut by the fixed ring gear and movable hammer. The materials also collide with each other. Under the combined effect, they are crushed into powder. If the particles are smaller than the size of the screen, they will pass through the screen and leave the crushing cavity. Otherwise, the particles will continue to be crushed in the grinding chamber.
Main features:
1. This machine is widely used in food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
2. For normal material, it can grind into 20-120 mesh.Customer can use different size of sieves to get the fineness they need.
3. The temperature during the crushing process is less than 40 ℃. For sensitive material, customer can choose water cooler or air cooler.
