BSV powder mixing machine is suitable for use in the pharmaceuticals, chemical and food industries for mixing powder or granular materials.The cylindrical structure is the distinguishing feature and the mixing ability is well-proportioned and efficient with no blind spots in the cylinders and no accumulation of materials.This machine is straightforward and it is easy to operate.
Working method:
The V-type mixer is welded together by two V-shaped cylinders. Due to the rotating motion, the powder particles are continuously alternately repeated, split and fused in the inclined cylinder. As the particles slide, they line up in space. The particles are continuously distributed on the newly generated surface. Therefore, repeated cutting, diffusive mixing, and no mixing dead ends are repeated.
Main features:
1. It adopts manual feed and closed valve disc discharge, which can avoid dust spill.
2. With unique mixing barrel structure, high efficiency blending, no dead ends. 3.Using stainless steel material can prevent the mixing materials from being polluted.
4. The inside and outside of machine are made of stainless steel.
5. Mixing evenly and it is applicable to a wide range of fields.
6. It also can be equipped with the compulsory mixer according to the users demand.
7. It is suitable for smaller powder, blocks and the material that contain a certain mixture of water.
8. The machine is also equipped with a timing device, users can adjust the mixing time.
