Our BSG self absorb grinding set contains host machine,auxiliary machine, transmission pipe,electrical control device,feeding device. Auxiliary machine contains cyclone with bag dust collector and wind closer; The host machine is installed with active crushing disc device, the direction of hammer can be changed. Besides crushing, it has the function of classifying, Winnowing type centrifugal shear and the size of granules can be controlled. After being crushed, the material will be sent to wind closer outlet by negative pressure. It is an idea equipment in lines of food, pharmacy, chemical,etc.
Working method:
The material enters the grinding chamber through the hopper, and is thrown into the fixed ring gear under the impact of the high-speed rotating disc / hammer, and then it is bounced and cut. At the same time, under the alternating effects of impact, cutting, and grinding forces, the material is finely refined. Under the negative pressure of the fan and the impeller, the powder is absorbed into the cyclone and discharged through the sieve and pipe. Pulse dust collector can collect a small amount of fine dust.
Main Features:
1) The grinding chamber is equipped with a water cooling system, which can effectively avoid product damage caused by the high temperature during the grinding process.
2) The sieve is made of high quality stainless steel. special design. When you need another sieve-sized powder, you can easily change the sieve.
3) The machine is also equipped with a dust collection system for collecting the fine powder inevitably generated in the grinding process into the dust collector. This process ensures that the final powder discharge of our automatic rotary powder discharge device is more uniform.
