Our BSF high efficient hammer mill is a blades type grinder machine. It can make powder into 12-120mesh. If you want to change the powder paeticle size, just change the screen inside the mill chamber. And it is widely application for pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, etc.
Working method:
There is a rotor with blades and a stator with a serrated bush. Large raw materials are sent into the crushing chamber through the hopper, and the rotor and stator are cut, cut and impacted into small sizes. The crushed product flows out automatically through a sieve and is discharged from the outlet. Designed according to GMP standards, made of stainless steel. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient cleaning and low noise.
Main features:
1. GMP point of view machine is provided with S.S. Cladding on base, S.S. belt guards, S. S. cover on motor. No exposed painted surface on top of the machine. Motor rails, screws and guide rods are chrome plated.
2. Transmission of heat to the chamber from the bearings is minimum as they are away in separate pillow blocks. This facilitates to some extent in processing of heat sensitive products.
3. Beaters assembly is dynamically balanced which reduces vibration and noise level and increases bearings life.
4. Castors provided for mobility and breaks can be applied for fixing machine at one place.
