Dried chili spice powder machine 10 to 40 mesh pepper flour hammer mill grinder
This is the smallest grinder machine,also one of the best selling products in our company.It can grind many kinds of materials,such as spices,moringa leaves,date seeds,chickpea,dry flowers...etc.
Working method:
The machine consists of three parts: frame, mill room and feeding part. There is a movable knife head on the spindle. A fixed gear ring is installed in the mill room. There is a screen under the ring of teeth. When the spindle works at high speed, the movable tool head runs together. The material is impacted, frictioned and cut by fixed ring and movable hammer. Material also collides with each other. In the combined effect, they are crushed into powder.
Main features:
1. The crushed materials can be directly discharged from the mill chamber. If you want to change the powder particle size,just change the screen inside the mill chamber.
2. The contact part of grinder is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance.
3. The inner wall of machine is smooth, no powder and no dead corners.
4. It is easy to be cleaned, can make the production of medicine, chemicals, food in line with GMP requirements.
