BSO hot air circulation drying machine is a versatile drying equipment, it is suitable for heating,soliding and drying material and product in the field of pharmaceutics, chemical, foodstuff, agricultural and other industries, such as: spices, Chinese traditional medicine, herbs, leaves, flowers, roots, seafood, grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc.
Working method:
Under the action of forced ventilation, the clean strong air which is preheated is sent by circulating fan, and the hot air is evenly distributed through the air regulating plate in the box, and then it is heated into the workroom, then it is heated by circulation, and at the same time, The clean air is further replenished through the air inlet, and the wet air is automatically or forcibly discharged from the tank by the outlet, thus achieving the effect of drying and sterilizing.
Main features:
1. Two kinds of heat source are used for heating : electricity or steam.
2. The inner wall of oven body is fully welded. Each transition adopts circular arc and no dead.
3. The seal property of whole machine is good. Being adopted unique guide rail seal apparatus, the seal property can be guaranteed.
4. The air inlet is equipped with high effective air filter and the damp exhaust outlet is equipped with middle effective air filter.
5. All parts inside the oven can be assembled and disassembled quickly in order to clean conveniently.
6. The whole machine is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
