BSST sifting machine is designed as a high-precision screening machinery. Rotary filter sieve price is composed of vertical motor,and eccentric weight installed at two ends.We can produce horizontal, vertical, inclined motions by adjusting the upper and lower eccentric weight.Diameter can be ranged from 600mm to 1500mm, with single or multiple screening decks(1-5 layers).Material can be divided into all carbon steel,contact part stainless steel and all stainless steel.
Working method:
The basic principle of our BSST powder sifting machine is the heavy hammer (unbalanced heavy hammer) installed in the electrical axis transform the motor’s rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, tilt motion (three-D movement) , then this movement passed to the screen surface. Adjusting the upper and lower ends of heavy hammer’s phase angle can change the trajectories of materials on the screen surface.
Main features:
1. The machine adopts specical high performance vertical motor to provide powerful force and supports constant work.
2. The parts which contact material are made of class a stainless steel board,and is sanitary and axenic with high corrosion and wear resistance.
3. The sieve adopts the top stretching technology in the industry,which powerfully increases the effective area of the sieve with extremely high sieving precision,thus increasing the output volume.
4. Easy to operate, easy to maintain, in line with GMP requirements.
5. Low energy consumption and high output.
