Hot air circulation dryer oven machine onion garlic spices drying equipment
BSO hot air circulation drying machine is used in spices, herbs, grains, seaweed, seafood, cassava, etc. It is equipped with low noise axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system, the circulatory system all closed, so that the thermal efficiency of oven drying room from the traditional 3-7% to the current 35-45% The maximum thermal efficiency up to 50%.
Working method:
The basic principle of the BSO series hot air circulation drying oven is to use steam or electricity as heat energy, and heat is generated by a steam radiator or electric heating element. The fan performs convective heat transfer, heat is transferred to the material, and fresh air is continuously added to the oven to exhaust moisture. Gas is blown from the oven. When drying, maintain proper relative temperature and humidity. The most important feature is that most of the hot air circulates in the drying room, thereby enhancing heat and mass transfer and saving energy.
