BSG grinding set is developed by my company absorbing the advantages of many advanced foreign products.It features technical stability, high production capacity,elegant appearance and wide application.It has a good effect on crushing dry fibrous material. Compared with many other types of machines in China,it has the advantages of low temperature products,even granules,very applicable to food,sugar,plastic powder,herb,particular resin and other heat sensitive material.
Working method:
The raw material enters the grinding chamber through the feed hopper, is impacted by the high-speed rotating cutter, thrown into the fixed lining plate, and then bounced and sheared. There is a high-speed fan blade beside the grinding chamber, which produces positive pressure air flow. Under the action of pressure air, the powder passes through the screen faster and is absorbed into the cyclone separator.
Main components:
1. Crusher part: There are several knife types for choices, just depends on what material you need to grind.You can change powder size by changing different screen meshes.
2. Cyclone part:cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules).
3. Pulse Dust Collecting box:With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.

2) It adopts the world's advanced brand-name motor, electrical parts, bearings and operating parts.
3) There is no dust in the production process, and the dust can be collected in the dust collector.
4) During the production process, the temperature is kept normal and will not become hot. So the color and nature of the material will not change.
