High speed cocoa powder grinder machine coffee bean pin mill pulverizer machine
BSZ pin mill specialized can be used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries, mainly for powder making. For some high oil content material like coffee bean, coriander seeds, this type can also have a good grinding effect. For fruit powder making, liquid nitrogen needs to be equiped to contol the mill chamber temperature, then the output fruit powder can be in a quite good condition. For egg shell, this pin mill is also suitable.
This product conforms to the standard of food hygiene and has easy operation and low noise.And it has two types of bidirectional wheel grinding and unidirectional wheel grinding.
Working method:
This machine uses quantitative feeding way to control uniform movement of material inside the grinding dick. It use negative pressure traction method to discharge material.There is no sieve in this machine, through the grinding wheel speed to adjust the fineness of grinding material. It can also be graded by external grading.
Main components:
1. Crusher part: With 2 grinding discs,and the speed of this machine is very fast,it can make finer powder than common mill.
2. Cyclone part: It can seperate dust from powder(granules).
3. Pulse Dust Collecting box: Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.
Main features:
1) High rotary speed, up to 12000rpm
2) No need sieve or screen mesh in mill chamber, changing powder size by changing rotary speed.
3) Very suitale for some materials with high oil content, such as cocoa, coffee bean.
