BSDF advanced hammer mill combines coarse milling area, middle milling area and fine milling area together, it can grind materials three times at the same time. If your raw materail is a little big(such as turmeric, arabic gum, roots,etc), it can grind it directly, no need to make it into some granules first.
It has a very good effect for grinding different kinds of spices, like chilli, pepper, cinnamon, garlic, star anise, cloves, turmeric, ginger, fennel, angelica and other material with high content of oil or fiber. For roots, herbs and grains, the grinding effect is also good.
Main structure:
1. Base: It plays the role of connecting and supporting the various parts of the grinder to form a whole. The crushed material is discharged from the side of the crushing chamber.
2. Rotor: It is composed of main shaft, hammer frame, pin shaft, hammer piece, bearing and other parts. It is the main moving part of the crusher. The rotor rotates at a high speed. After assembly, a dynamic balance inspection is required without the pin and hammer.
3. Upper casing: the upper end has a feeding port, a semicircular ring gear, and the lower casing and the rotor form a crushing chamber. The material is crushed in a crushing chamber.
4. Lower casing: side discharge port, which is equipped with ring gear, main shaft, hammer holder, hammer blade, blower blade and classification wheel. Inside the cabinet is divided into blast area, fine crushing area, classification area, medium crushing area and coarse crushing area.
Main features:
1) No need screen or sieve in mill chamber! Change powder particle size by changing speed of inverter.
2) Because it has no screen in mill chamber, when milling, there is no heat rising in mill chamber.
3) No need to worry powder get stuck in the screens or product quality get affected by the heat from the mill. That's why it is very suitable for grinding heat-sensitive material or material contains fiber or oil.
4) The mill part combines coarse crusher, middle fine mill and fine mill together, which means it can makes fine powder directly from big raw material, very effective.
5) It can save more power, its capacity is much bigger than other same motor traditional mill.
