Application:
1. All kinds of grains: rice, wheat, millet, red rice, chickpea, dry peas, barley, rice husk, oat, wheat bran, cassava, yam, plantain, etc;
2. Spice: turmeric, ginger, pepper, masala, cinnamon, etc.
3. Dry plants: ginseng, dry flower, moringa leaf, tea leaf, kava root, coconut shell, coco shell, seaweed, etc;
4. Other materials: sugar, salt, baking soda, fertilizer, pigment, ordinary chemical materials, etc.
Working method:
The machine has crushed host, cyclone separator, pulse dust box induced draft fan and other components. Material from the hopper into the crushing chamber, through the high-speed rotating hammer crushing, crushing fineness adjustable grading knife and grading plate distance to achieve the required fineness, crushed good material by centrifugal force and induced draft fan into the Cyclone, then, through the off fan discharge, dust into the pulse dust box, filtered through the filter cartridge recycling.

1. The machine has a wide adaptability range, the production process is continuous, and the discharge granularity is adjustable (60-2500 mesh).
2. Compact design, reasonable structure, air-selective, no screen. The machine is equipped with a hierarchical structure that enables comminution and grading to be completed at one time.
3. The crushing and grading of the materials to the finished product is carried out in the same closed system. After dust removal treatment, it is not polluted, and it is an ideal equipment for environmental protection.
