BSV powder mixing machine is international common powder, dry grain material mixing machine, It has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, convenient to maintain and clean, fast speed, the mixing effect, Widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics, metallurgy, plastics, refractories and other industries, is a kind of ideal high-efficient dry powder mixing equipment.
Working method:
The main part of the mixer is welded by two cylindrical V-shapes. The feed port is a quick locking device and the discharge port is a manual butterfly valve. The operation is fast and simple. The fixed forced mixing shaft is made of sanitary stainless steel seamless steel pipe. The main body is fixed on the shaft sleeves at both ends of the cylinder. Through the relative movement with the mixing cylinder, the material can be forced to roll and the mixing can be improved.
Main features:
1) With safety bar, mixer can work when safety bar is in horizontal position. When safety bar is upward turned, power will be cut automatically and mixer is stopped. This function will protect operator from possible injury from the rotating V mixing barrel.
2) With auto-positioning stop function, when machine stops, the discharge parts is right towards the ground automatically, no need to use point-stop (jog) manually.
3) With intensifier bar (agitator) inside mixer, mixing effect will be better; when mix powder which is a little sticky or bad fluidity, this is high recommended to add.
