BSV powder mixing machine is suitable for mixing face powder, and other kinds of dry powder, to meet cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical, chemical using. It's including of vacuum pump feeding device, powder can be sucked into mixer automatically, very convenient; after mixing well, discharge from bottom holes, easy operation. The mixing machine is made with full stainless steel, sanitary and healthy.
Working method:
The V-type mixer is composed of two chambers and welded into a container. The shape of the container is asymmetric with respect to the axis. Due to the rotating movement, the powder particles are constantly alternately alternated, split and fused in the inclined container; the material is randomly transferred from one area to another area, the particles slide at the same time, and they are superimposed multiple times in space. The material is continuously repeated in the process of shearing, mixing, and diffusing without blind corners.
Main features:
1. Mixing efficiency is higher when the granularity and density of materials are similar.
2. There is no mechanical compression or violent rub and tear, the material can be maintained intact.
3. Both inside and outside of the container are polished. All the transitions are smooth. There is no blind angle, and no material cross polluted.
4. Chamber can choose carbon steel, stainless steel 304 or 316,etc.
