Product Introduction:
BSO hot air circulation dryer is mainly used for drying vegetables, fruits, seafood, Chinese herbal medicines, grains, herbs, etc. Can be widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. High productivity and low energy consumption.
Working Method:
Our BSO drying machine uses steam or electricity as heat. There is a steam radiator or electric heating element that produces heat. The use of fans for convection heat transfer, heat transfer to the material, constantly add fresh air, exhaust moisture. During the drying process, maintain the appropriate relative temperature and humidity in the box. The biggest characteristic is most hot air circulates in the box body, enhances the heat and mass transfer, saves the energy. These two series are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry, heavy industry and other industries of raw materials and products heating and dehumidification.
Main Structure:
The machine is mainly composed of drying chamber, combustion chamber, electric heating pipe, ventilation system and control system.
1. Drying room: stainless steel material is used inside and coated steel plate is used outside to save cost while ensuring hygiene and corrosion resistance in the drying process.
2. Combustion chamber: in order to solve the smoke and dust generated in the production process, the combustion chamber is connected with the chimney, which is efficient and convenient.
3. Ventilation: in terms of humidity control, the ventilation system plays an important role in balancing the humidity and air in the machine.
4. Control system: the control cabinet controls the electric heating pipe and fan. In addition, a temperature and humidity tester is installed to facilitate users to understand the actual situation.
