Fully Automatic Robot Stacking Clay Brick Making Machines are used to stack wet bricks or green green brickss from the grouping belt, then stack bricks onto the kiln car for tunnel kilns.Robot specification can be 500kg, 700kg, and 800kg. The robot bases are imported from Japan, then Halstec designs the clamping grippers according to different brick type and production capacity. Working Principle:

After cutting machine, bricks will be pushed onto the grouping belt/grouping system. By coordination of cutting machine and grouping system, bricks will be separated as pre-setting mode. Then Robot grippers go down to pick up bricks, then move to the top of kiln cars. Robot grippers will lower down to place bricks on the kiln car layers by layers, then go back to the original position for the next stacking procedure. Grippers can be flexibly customized according to kiln section and stacking mode.

 

Finished Brick Samples

According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.

Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.

Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
