Prefabricated Tunnel kiln for Automatic Brick Plant, 3.6m section
Introduction:
Prefabricated Tunnel Kilns are pre-made in supplier factory, only need to assemble together in customer location, which can save 50% construction period. Prefabricated Tunnel Kilns are used to dry the wet bricks and burn the bricks.
Common kiln section is 3.6m, 4.2m, 5.6m, and 6.8m etc. Kiln section is decided by the required capacity, and normally one tunnel dryer and tunnel burner for whole brick factory.

Application:
Prefabricated Tunnel Kilns are similar with traditional masonry tunnel kilns, both are used for the drying and burning of clay bricks. Prefabricated Tunnel Kilns adopts assemble method to replace the traditional masonry building method, which can save the construction period and cost. Its daily capacity can be 100000 bricks, 200000 bricks or 300000 bricks.
Compared with traditional Hoffman kilns and masonry kilns, Prefabricated tunnel kilns with the features of short construction period, higher automation, easy operation, less maintenance, lower damage rate of finished bricks, etc. Prefabricated Tunnel Kilns are the another choice for brick factory owners.
Finished Bricks for Reference
According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.
Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.
Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
