A brick begins its life as raw material that is carefully batched, stirred, and rolled. The materials are then further stirred (or added with steam), pumped, and extruded to take shape. This extrusion process is then divided into four categories: upper stage, lower stage, vacuum system and electric clutch system.
To ensure reliability, this machine is designed with a domestic advanced axial pneumatic clutch that allows quick clutching. The structure itself is crafted from an all-steel welded structure with aging treatment to achieve high strength, granting itself a more compact and simpler design than the two-stage series.
As for specifications, the soil plasticity index must be more than 7 for hollow bricks, and more than 5 for solid bricks.
