Operation and Maintenance
It is a high-speed rotary crushing machine. The operator must operate the hammer crusher in strict accordance with the rules and regulations to ensure that it works properly and that maintenance work is carried out.
(1) Make contact with the relevant upper and lower processes of the machine before starting and stopping, and carry out the correct operation in the sequence of starting and stopping.
(2) Start the crusher empty and stop it after the material in the crushing chamber has been discharged.
(3) Keep checking all ground bolts and liner bolts of the equipment for looseness, if any, they should be tightened in time.
(4) To check the use of easy-to-wear and easy-to-wear parts such as hammer head and liner plate frequently, if problems are found, they should be dealt with in time.
(5) should often look at the lubrication situation, to maintain a good state of the lubrication system. Rotor bearing temperature should be kept below 60 ℃, the highest does not exceed 70 ℃, if found over temperature should identify the causes, prompt measures to eliminate.
(6) Make sure that the material is fed evenly and that no metal debris is fed in.
(7) To check whether the size of the discharge material meets the quality requirements, if not, the grate should be replaced or the height of the grate bracket should be adjusted.
