| The steel mold is sent into the forming machine head after the automatic fuel injection system. Concrete that has been mixed is preformed onto the steel mold. After it has been cut into a single piece of cement tile, it is chipped, colored, and polished. It is then ready to be mounted on the rack. |
| A curing time of 10-12 hours follows. After it is demolded, the production process is complete. To produce different roof tiles, different extrusion heads and molds can be used. |

Molding speed can reach 8 pcs/min, achieved through a combination of pneumatic and hydraulic engineering.
The slurry concrete needed for its operation is pressed by the pressure filtration type mould which provides excellent product structure and design, with a big density, and high strength, as well as great precision in size. The Roof Tile Making Machine is multi-functional, with the capability to craft a wide range of color tile types, such as roof tiles, ridge tiles, edge tiles, drainage tiles and gutter tiles.
