Performance features
RTD Thermal resistance temperature sensor PT100 adopts thermocouple or resistance as the temperature measuring element, RTD Thermal resistance temperature sensor PT100 is normally matched with display, recording and regulating instrument, to measure the surface temperature (from -50 degree to 400 degree) of liquid, steam, gas and solid during various production process.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Thermocouple is composed of temperature sensor and signal converter, signal converter is installed in the junction box of temperature sensor, temperature sensor produce resistance or potential effects made by the temperature affect, via transformation to create a differential voltage signal. The signal via the amplifier amplification, then through voltage and current transformation, output 4-20 mA current signal corresponding to the range.
