Application:
The whole set equipment is made of stainless steel. The cooling jacket adopts dimple jacket. The jackets are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed. Heat exchanging area of jacket of different proportions can be allocated according to customers' technological requirements. Widely used in brewery, bar, hotel, etc.

-Parts: Dish head/Cylinder/60°cone bottom(adjustable)/Shell Jacket(one to three sections)/Bottom Jacket/Insulation both on shell and bottom/with adjustable legs
- Available capacity: 1-300BBL,20% extra top space
- Material :Inner wall, SUS304,thickness 3-5mm, 2B surface precision after acid washing and passivation treatment;or high- precision polishing.
Outer wall, SUS304, thickness 2mm,surface frosting processing.
Insulation: high performance polyurethane 80mm
Shell and bottom jacket SUS304, thickness 1.5mm
-Pipe line and valve:1.5”or 2”
-Working pressure:0.2Mpa
-Test pressure: inner wall 0.3Mpa;Jacket 0.6Mpa;keep 24 hours.
