Beer fermetnation tanks are also called CCT’s(Cylindrical conical tanks), FV’s(fermentation vessel), primary fermentor or unitanks as they are used both for fermenting and largering. Fermenting is the process during which the yeast transforms the wort into beer. Lagerings takes place after fermenting and is the time given to the beer to stabilize and age after fermenting.

Beer machine can be individually temperature controlled through glycol jackets and are mostly equipped with accessories such as over-pressure and under pressure valve(PVRV), CIP arm, sanitary sample calve, manway, etc, The design of fermenters is based on our vast beer knowledge and especially the conical fermenter bottom and the fact that we combine fermentation and maturation in the same vessel is very important. When calculating your fermenting& lagering capacity and configuration, sufficient time for fermenting and lagering to produce quality beers must be taken into consideration.

4 304 stainless steel legs with leveling footpads;

60° degree cone bottom. other angles can be specified during the design process;

combine drain exrensions and beer port in cone are standard;

20% headspace, unless a differient volume is required;

Top many wanway or side manway door;

Dual zone in sidewall and cone dimple cooling jacket with glycol inlet and outlet;

Polyurethane insulation thickness 80mm for cooling jacket on side and bottom;

Fully welded exterior shell;

Non welding CIP arm and rotating 360 degree reach spray ball;

Solenoid relief valve, pressure relief valve (safe valve) are standard;

Pressure guage;

Temperature sensor shell;

Sanitary sample vale and port;

All clamps and gaskets to attach all accessories;

Tank complete with pipingm fittings, sanitar valves and all parts;

Carbonation port is available for special request (stone not included);

Ladder hooks is available for special request;

Dry hop pots and hop bag hooks in any fermenter of any size for special request;

If you are would like to change , add , remove or modify any paet of the tanks, we can accommodate that. Specific fitting sizes, changes and locations will be set during the design process after a deposit it is taken.

Fermenter technical note

*The main material of beer fermentation tank stainless steel sanitary;

*An upper stainless steeel dished head, the lower conical or dished bottom head to facilitated the discharge of yeast, 100% TIG welding, clean and polish;

*3-4 stainless steel tripod for the wine fermentation tanks , height and level can be adjusted

*sttaibless steel inner wall thickness 3mm, heating preservation polyurethane foam, insulation thickness of 50-80mm, the thickness of the outer foreskin 2mm;

*Cleaning the inner surfaces of the beer fermentation tank, polished to 0.4μm;

*Configuration the appropriate standard models sanitary clamp type connector according to the specifications of the tank;

*Configuration the vacuum valve / pressure relief, pressure gauge, thermometer, sampling valves, lifting lugs, side or top of the manhole, a full range of cleaning equipment CIP nozzle 306° fo the beer brewing equipment;

*Double glycol cooling takeover import and export, the refrigerant jacket is welded honeycomb Maitreya plate;

*With liquor outlet valve shaft

*Standard clamp-type hops added port;
