5 .Nylon cold transfer printing and digital direct printing contrast:
Nylon cold transfer printing is a process of wet transfer printing, in which water-soluble paste is printed on the substrate and then wetted by the transfer fabric. The technology is based on the four-color separation principle, which can be printed on the fabric with layered and colorful patterns. The whole printing process is carried out at room temperature, so it can maintain the soft touch of super thin nylon. Through evaporation and washing process, the color fastness reaches European and American standards.
The pattern of many levels, can open plate production and achieve digital printing effect; The pattern is exquisite due to the use of electro-engraving printing. The printing process is transfer printing, so the printing loss is small;
Advantages: high imitation, high reproducibility, quick response to small batch, high quality, no color restriction.
Shortcoming: compared with watermark, digital direct printing has better permeability and heat transfer, higher processing cost, less adjustment range of color and light, difficult to control weft inclination [knits], and low output.
