3 . About Oxford Fabric:
In general, we use D for our polyester or nylon Oxford fabric. D: denier =g/L*9000, where g is the weight of the silk thread (g),L is the length of the silk thread (m), which means the weight of the silk thread within the unit length, and is a unit of yarn fineness.
Oxford fabric is a new type of fabric with a lot of functions and widely usages. The main products on the market are: casing, all-elastic, polyamide, tig, etc. Originating in the United Kingdom, the traditional worsted cotton fabric named after the university of Oxford, Oxford fabric began around 1900.
4 . Main Uses:
This fabric is waterproof, anti-bacterial, anti-light, heat insulation, anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-radiation and flame retardant .So it is specally used for transportation, medical treatment, agriculture, horse clothing.
For general leisure, Oxford fabric is the most widely used and relatively good cloth. It is generally used for professional outdoor sports, and it is suitable for professional tents in extreme environments such as high mountains, high plateaus and snowy mountains.
5 .About Coating:
The principle of coating fabrics: With the use of solvents (toluene and butanone commonly nowadays ) , we dissolve the coating colloidal particles that we needed into salivate shape , which includes PU adhesive, A/C PVC, PE plastic and etc . And it is also related to the ratio of rubber and viscosity . And then coat on the fabric in a form of scraper evenly . After fixation inside the oven with a high temperature, there will be a uniform layer of covering material make on the surface of fabrics . As a result , the fabrics can achieve the waterproof, windproof, breathable, and other functions!
