1 . Descriptions:

This fabric is woven by sea island fiber so we called this fabric sea island fabric. It is 2/1 twil and has two-tone look  . And we laminate a layer of transpatent film behind the surface of fabric . So it is waterproof and windproof .The fabric is commonly used in mountaineering wear . Its yarn count is 50D+75D*50D+50D+30D and it is breathable and waterproof for sports wear .

 Also ,we can do other finishing if you want to obtain its functions , just like TPU ,bonding or tricot. After this , it can be made waterproof and windproof . This fabric is always used to product winter wear ,sports wear and etc.

2 . Specifications:

It has many interlacing points, firm texture, smooth surface, thin and light, good abrasion resistance and air permeability .The clothes are smooth and even, with natural and soft luster, no hair, lightweight and breathable texture, and full of flexibility, making people feel comfortable and energetic.

3 . How can we obtain the windproof effect of the fabric?

1.rely on the density of the fabric itself to achieve windproof effect. The most typical examples are knitted fabrics and woven fabrics . The woven fabrics are not as porous as knitted fabrics due to their high density and interlacing points. So when you wear it in winter, it's warmer, which means the wind doesn't leak out. In woven fabrics, the higher the density, the better the wind resistance, .
