3 . Effect of lifting force on dyeing:
Lifting power is one of the important properties of disperse dyes. This property indicates that when each dye is applied to dyeing or printing, the amount of dye is gradually increased, and the depth of the color on the fabric (or yarn) is correspondingly increased. For dyes with good lifting power, the dyeing depth increases according to the proportion of dyes, indicating that there is better dyeing depth; dyes with poor lifting force have poor dyeing depth. When reaching a certain depth, the color will no longer increase with the increase of dye dosage.
The lifting power of disperse dyes varies greatly between specific varieties. Dyeing deep dark color should use dyes with high lifting power, dyeing bright and light colors can choose dyes with low lifting rate. Master the characteristics of the dye and use it reasonably to achieve the effect of saving dyes and reducing costs.
4 .Lifting force test::
The dye lifting power of high temperature and high pressure dyeing is expressed in %, and the dye exhaustion rate in the dye liquor is measured under the specified dyeing conditions, or the color depth value of the dyed sample is directly measured. The dyeing depth of each dye can be divided into six grades according to 1, 2, 3.5, 5, 7.5, 10% (O.M.F.), and dyeing is carried out in a high temperature and high pressure dyeing sampler. The dye lifting force of hot melt padding or fabric printing is expressed in g/L.
From the actual production point of view, the lifting power of the dye is the change of the concentration of the dye liquor, that is, the change of the color shade relative to the dyed product. This kind of change can be used to accurately measure the color depth value by means of the instrument and the instrument, and then calculate the lift force curve of the disperse dye by the color depth formula.
