1 . Descriptions:
The fabric is 100% polyester cotton-feel taslon fabric . It is also a kind of T400 fabric.Its content is 100%P . And its yarn count is 75D+85D*50D+75D T400. It has good dyeing effect and comfortable touch . It is usually used in jacket ,down jacket and many winter clothes . We do just PD with this fabric. And we can do other finishing process like coating ,membrance cire or bonding as your requirements.

3 . feature:

4. About T400:
T400 is a new type of elastic fiber product developed by DuPont, viscose fiber and other man-made fibers. For 100% polyester and polyester blends, it helps provide better elastic properties as well as softness and excellent appearance.
T400 fibers are ideal for use in light woven fabrics and knitwear, including linings. In woven fabrics, it imparts a smoother finish and a softer feel to the fabric than the textured yarn. Its end uses include men's, women's and children's wear.
T4o0 has a uniform curl, making the knitted fabric look clean and smooth. Compared with fabrics woven with textured yarns, the clothes woven with T400 have a clear outline and soft handfeel, and the clothes woven with T4oo can maintain a good shape even after repeated washing and wearing.
Since T4o0 is a multi-component structure, it has excellent wash fastness. Knitted fabrics are not easy to fade, and they look like new ones for a long time. The T40o offers a subtle elasticity to meet the comfort and flexibility of sports. Not only does the garment fit snugly, but it retains its shape after many wears. The garment made of T400 is washable and has good dimensional stability. Fabric shrinkage is minimized, simplifying the process of cutting and sewing. Clothing will maintain their original size and enhance customer satisfaction. Fabrics and garments made with the T400 meet the overall Lyera quality standards because of their flexibility and resilience comparable to Lyera.
