How to place the order to us?
1. Our main products: gift boxes and paper bags for packaging, other printing service like book, notebook, calendar, booklet, stickers ,etc are available too.
2. We accept custom orders. All products are customized according to customer's specific requirements, such as measurement, structure, printing colors, surface finishing, etc. Professional suggestions are available.
3. We have our own design department. if you don’t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you. The design fee depends on the design’s complexity.
4. Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free. As for customized sample, we only charge you once. If the sample can not meet your demand, we will remake it until you are satisfied, or refund the cost.
5. Lead time: 3-5 days for blank sample, 7-10 days for customized sample. For mass production, normally it takes 15 days, rush orders are available.
6. Before shipping ,we will send clear photos for your confirmation. Even after you got the product, if you find any quality problem, it can be returned or exchanged.
7. As for packing, instead A=B shipping carton, we use A=A+, which is much stronger , and can bear the burst strength of 13kg at least to ensure the package will not be broken during the transportation.
8. Factory visit are warmly welcomed. Free pick up and hotel booking service can be provided for customers in Shanghai City or Anhui province.
