1. Description of Brad Nail Making Machine Of 100Wires flattening and gluing line type staples forming machine made in china high quality steel nail making machine.

The whole line steel nail making machine is composed of 100 round wire pay-off machine(offered by client, wires are loading on 1000mm spools), two rollers type flattening machine, wire banding part, two wheels type traction machine, wire band guiding device, two take-up for no stop running. The normal running speed is about 13-16m/min.

Advantage:

Two pc hard alloy steel made flattening rollers are used to roll round steel wire into flattening wire. The size of two rollers is Φ200*191mm, hardness of roller is HRC61, the running of two rollers is driven by 12KW motor . The rolling tolerance of flattening wire is about ±0.01mm. Normally At present, after one year of running, the rollers need to have grinding maintenance for continuous using.

3)100wires type wire banding device

100Wires type wire banding device is same as normal type, there have straighten and flat regulation rollers both in front and back to straight the wire(the inlet side is 8 pairs of rollers, the outlet side is 4pairs of rollers). The flatten machine wire will be combined together through three times of gluing and baking. The glue will be filled onto wires automatically, the whole circle type induction heating coils will bake the wire automatically; when need to produce stainless steel strip, hot air blowing type baking will be used.

For environment protection requirements, some banding line are fixed with sealed cover and sucking blower in the bottom to get the glue steam out of workshop for special treatment before discharge. Blower power 1.1KW, totally have 10pcs blowers.

4)Two wheels S type traction device

TwoΦ600mm*200mm traction wheels are formed in "S" shape to keep 100wires in straightness during gluing. Both wheels are driven together by one motor plus gearbox in the middle, motor power is 7.5KW. Wire band will go to the bottom of further wheel first, then go to the bottom of near wheel, then wire band go outlet from the top of near wheel to next step.

5)Wire band guiding device

One group small steel rollers, one pair of big white nylon rollers used for straightening and guiding of wire band before take-up. Drive motor power is 5.6KW. It could be operated so conveniently.

6)Two wire band Take-up

Two sets of wire band take-up are used at end of whole line to ensure no stop running. Each take-up is driven by 2.21KW motor. Each take-up can load about 500-610kgs wire band coils according to requirements.
