1. Description of 5400 style divergent point staple machine type staples forming machine .
Zinc coated round steel wire in coils are put on passive driven type wire stands pay-off, then go through two pairs of straightening rollers(one in vertical and one in horizontal), go into one pair of flattening rollers to form flatten wire(the distance between two flattening wire can be adjusted according to actual size need). Then be cut and punched into required shape type single wire, meanwhile be sticked together by A+B glue, then get induction heating and blowing drying, then cut into required length of staple.
Zinc coated round steel wire in coils are put on passive driven type wire stands pay-off, then go through pairs of straightening rollers and feeding device. Then be cut and punched into required shape type single wire, meanwhile be sticked together by tapes, then cut into required length of C ring.
For sizes less than C30, machine structure is same, for different wire diameter need to exchange railways. For size no less than C30, machine power is different, for different wire diameter need to exchange railways.
