Description of Products of Fine wire butt welder:
*ST-W31-0.5 fine wire butt welder is used for small diameter steel wire, and avoid any fanning out of the single wires when using the wire rope because of the wire splicing process.
*Rigid and long-lasting construction, without any mechanical welding parameter adjustment.
*Welding, keeping and annealing output are controlled by micro computer(PLC&MMI), easy an quick operation by unskilled labour.
*The welded joint likes water droplet, can be used to standing without grinding.
*Opitional: Grinding machine- polishing the welded joints to have the same diameter as the original steel wire.

*ST-A31-45 and ST-A31-60 cylinder and micro computer controlled wire butt welders are used to weld low, medium and high carbon steel wire, stainless steel, alloy steel and nonferrous metal wire, especially suitable for welding of large diameter steel wire.
*Rigid and long-lasting construction, Annealing device is included in each standard machine, and the annealing distance can be adjusted. Clamp and upset are supplied by air cylinder.
*Welding, keeling and annealing output are controlled by micro computer(PLC&MMI), use power and time values to achieve an annealing, keeping and welding result that can be accurately reproduced. Easy and quick operation by unskilled labour.
*Optional: Three time controlled segments annealing fuction, this allows for optimal post treatment of even the most critical materials.
