Preheating:
Drying the steel pipes ensure will not be affected by rain, snow, frost, dew, etc.
External shot blasting for rust removal:
The interior wall protection board of the external rust removal machine is made of rolled manganese 13 alloy plate, which is welded and formed once, and the wear resistance time reaches 2000 hours.
The cleaning room of the external rust removal machine adopts a main chamber and side auxiliary chamber structure, with less splashing.
The external rust remover is equipped with a movable transparent protective plate on the outdoor side for safer operation and more convenient movement during maintenance.
Internal shot blasting for rust removal:

The external spraying machine transmission and exhaust gas treatment system motors are all explosion-proof motors. To adapt to the spraying environment of more types of coatings.
The external spraying units are arranged with 3 turntables, and the turntables on both sides can be adjusted according to the pipe length to better adapt to 6-18m steel pipes.
The exhaust gas treatment system of the external spraying units adopts precise segmented air induction technology, which saves more electricity.
Curing:
The coating changes from liquid to solid.
Leak detection:
Detect the coating for leakage points.
