Description:
Automatic bottle blower can be used to blow PET bottles from 100ml to 2L automatically including mineral bottles, edible oil bottles, carbonated water bottles, and juice bottles and etc. Also this automatic blower can connect to production line via air conveyor.
The shape of the PET bottles can be various according to client. We can help to sculpt the bottles and confirm with client before making bottle moulds.
Applications and features:
1, Widely applied in food, beverage, dairy, cosmetic, medical, chemical industrial and etc;
2, Develop different bottles to develop and explore more market;
3, Compact structure for the preform heating, blowing, and bottle forming are realized in one machine;
4, Different volume of bottles (100ml-1.5L) can be blowed in one machine by changing different bottle moulds;
5, All movements of blower are driven by the air cylinder, no need the hydraulic oil and even no pollution.
6, Auxiliary machines are needed during blowing including LP (Low pressure) air compressor, HP (High pressure) air compressor, air dryer, air filters, air tank, and mould chiller.
