This type of Sleeve applicator has the function of bottle carrying ,bottle separation ,label sleeving and label shrinking and it is perusing high speed ,exact location fewer worker and perfect packaging. It can apply to food & beverage industries as fruit juice, tea, drink, dairy products, pure water, condiments, beer and sports drink etc. this Sleeve applicator is suitable for various kinds of bottle types, for example: round bottle, square bottle, flat bottle, curved bottle and cup-shaped, etc.
The Sleeve applicator adopts PLC programmable controller, imported servo motor,servo driver,frequency converter and transducer; besides, this Sleeve applicator adopts the Fiber identification and bottle orientation to ensure high precision, rapid speed of casting label and make it more stable. Our Sleeve applicator not only has a highly precise position for casting label, but also can withstand the perfect shape of the bottle after shrinkage.
Special designed steam shrinking tunnel use high pressure wing machine which makes the shrink effect perfect. Compare with the traditional shrink tunnel which cannot shrink curved bottle, this head steam shrink tunnel can make the shrink effect satisfying.
The Double Head labeling unit can both increase productivity and apply to different requirements for labels. for instance, it is applicable for neck labeling and body labeling at the same time.
