6: Installation

a. After the machines are delivered to customer’s factory, please arrange preparation work mentioned in advance;

b. If you needed, We will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed; Based on the buyer prepare to all the water, electricity, wire and other conditions, the testing will be finished in a week.

c. Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines.

d. Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors during testing here.

e. The customer should be responsible for the room, meals and board and the two-way air tickets and visa and fee as well the allowance 100 USD per day for each person. And should be also responsible for the engineer’s personal safety.

7: Guarantee period and after-sales services

a. Warranty for machinery: one year for all machinery from shipment date.

b. During this guarantee period, We will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, We will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

c. The workers must operate the machines according to the usage of the machine. We do not be responsible for the accident which is made by the improper operation of workers. And for all the force majeure can’t be controlled, avoided and prevented, such as the natural disaster, strike, and earthquake and so on.
