Usage:

This colloid mill is widely applied in the industrial productions of food (Peanut butter, sesame jam, soy milk, dairy products, soft drinks, pimiento sauce, vegetable seed, sunflower seed, mustard, cocoa beans, almonds etc.), medicine (syrups, nutrition liquid, Chinese herb extracts, poultice and etc.), daily chemical products (tooth paste, cosmetic, washing agent and etc.), chemical industry products (pigment, dye, dope, lubricant, petroleum activator and etc.) and the flotation and emulsification of the explosives.

Principle:

This colloid mill machine consists of high-speed rotation motorial micro section and static micro section. The gap between motorial micro section and static micro section can be adjusted freely according to fineness index needed. Fed from the hopper, the processed materials enter into the operating gap between micro sections in relative movement under the action of the strong centrifugal force. Then the materials can be grinded and crushed under the high speed of rotation. It is a different geometry of the rotor in high-speed rotation of the relative motion, breaking through the shearing, grinding, high-frequency vibration. It has three areas, one area for coarse grinding, the other area for fine grinding ,and another one for the ultrafine grinding .Through adjusting the gap between the rotor, it can effectively achieve the required standard (the gap also can be re-processed). Finally, the fine milling process is finished, and the materials go through the discharge hole.
